I was visiting New Mexico in search of the best breakfast burrito. I've eaten breakfast burritos all over the USA so I consider myself a connoisseur of breakfast burritos. Cleanliness of restaurant: check Mixture of ingredients: decent (eggs - OK, beans meh, cheese - fine) Restaurant atmosphere: sterile, clean, simple Temperature: Acceptable Value for money: Decent/Good Size: Medium "Soul" of breakfast burrito: sorely lacking All in all, I felt like I got what I paid for. I'd come back if I were in a pinch, but definitely going rate this place a 3/5 on the New Mexico breakfast burrito scale.

It was good. My first time here and I was jonesing for a breakfast burrito. Got the carne avanado (I am pretty sure I spelled that wrong) and I have to say it was tasty. No frills but quick, cheap and flavorful. And the staff was extremely nice especially since I had no idea what some of the words on the menu were. Can't take an NC girl anywhere!

Staff was extremely friendly. They did forget my side of green chile but quickly got it for me. Burrito was decent, although seemed smaller than normal and the fries were a little hard. Thumbs up for hot green chile though.

Coming from Reno where there are no breakfast burrito joints may have clouded my opinion that these are very good. The #4 smothered in green chile is so good, I have went back a second and will go possibly a third time before my trip is over. Sure, there is authentic New Mexican food all over the place but for me, breakfast burritos all day under $5 can't be beat. Luckily Twisters are like Starbucks here so you shouldn't have a problem finding one. (The Albuquerque one is coincidentally the best).

Can't say that I've ever gone for more than their breakfast burritos (bought en masse for a breakfast event at work). They are edible, but not quite exceptional. The prices are a little more than I'd expect for the quality I got, so I really don't see myself headed back anytime soon.

Love these chicken twister burritos. I now live in AZ and really miss the taste of this dish. These burritos are made with dark meat chicken and pinto beans wrapped in a burrito topped with curly fries and green chili sauce...to die for. The 1/8 burrito size is the average size - I get without it being too much. Yummy

Twister's is overall a pretty solid place for breakfast and lunch. I really like the Santa Fe burrito with Christmas. It's definitely a bit different from other breakfast burrito offerings and I'm a fan. I had a lunch catered to an important office the other day and was a bit disappointed. They forgot a few things and one of my clients found a bone in their enchiladas. Their guacamole is fantastic, but there wasn't enough to go around. All around, pretty darn good.
